As an avid business traveler for the past 20 years, I’ve learned the value of top travel resources. From packing essentials to budget airlines to the best travel credit cards, it’s always best to have a list laid out for you.

These are resources I personally use and encourage. I would never recommend something that I do not believe in. (Often I sometimes rant about products/services I HATE and would not recommend.)

Save no matter what

I happen to have been a long-time user of eBates. I loved that name. But eventually things change. You may be familiar with the company Rakuten. They have awesome apps and a website and plugins designed to look at the websites you shop and offer you CASH BACK! Sound like a scam – it’s not. I constantly get BIG FAT CHECKS by using the Rakuten plugin to make sure I’m always saving money on my purchases. CLICK HERE to sign up with Rakuten and start racking up your BIG FAT CHECKS.

Booking Sites

Booking.com – Booking.com offers travel options for hotels, flights, car rentals, cruises, and various experiences. You can plan a whole trip from one place if desired.

Priceline – Allows you to search for destinations and select flights, hotels, rental cars, and cruises.

Google Flights – My Go To Site for looking at airfare and options. There are lots of different ways to use this tool to find the best prices and destinations. Every trip I take starts with Google Flights.

Southwest Airlines – Not always included in sites like above, but a great way to shop and save… and remember, bags fly free on Southwest Airlines.
